On October 24, 2019, the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) application for the Project was submitted for review and approval to construct and operate the Rattlesnake Ridge Wind Power Project, a wind power plant to be comprised of 28 turbines for a total installed capacity of 117.6 MW. The AUC Proceeding is registered under number 25018 and can be viewed by logging on to the AUC's efiling system.
The AUC process schedule has been published. It has not yet been determined when a hearing will be held if one is found to be necessary, but it would likely be this summer. The schedule can be viewed here.
Slight modifications have been made to the project layout. An update letter was sent to the community on May 11, 2020 detailing the changes, including a map, and can be found here.
